Nicholas,

That makes me feel like vomiting as I am currently in the market for a 3 bedroom home in Buckhead/northeast Atlanta... the value in the suburbs is so sick.

here is a 3 bedroom + 2 lofts (1 office/1 living room) house with fenced backyard/brick front in between Alpharetta/Cumming for just over 200k:

Jesus, I don't even know if I could find something that expensive. I estimate my current place is maybe $150,000.

Ok, in the best neighborhood in Buenos Aires with the best possible location in the city, this would maybe cost you $350k, but I'm not even sure of that.

The apartment is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat with a business center.

Metro atlanta is going to win this thread unless we start talking about third world countries. I live in gwinnett, and my parents just bought a HUGE 4 bed, 4.5 bath home on a golf course next to a lake in a private club for like 400K. Magnificant view, in one of the nicest clubs here. SICKKKK value to be had in metro atlanta, espcially in Cobb and Gwinnett counties i would say.
