Ok, just leaning against piano wire isn't going to cut off your dome. I like the idea, but what you should do is take a wrap of piano wire around your neck and attach the two ends back to the building. That way when you jump off, your head will be cut off like half way down. Then it can dangle in your hands while dripping on some toddler
