alright this is a huge donk post so please berate me but i'm new to posting and just had to ask-- what are the 3 numbers after your name at 21/10/2--- haha it would really help if i could figure it out to make sure i can read all the posts, sorry for being such a n00b

his vpip (voluntarily put money in pot) is 21%, pfr (pre-flop raise) is 10%, af (aggression factor) 2

thanks so much, how is aggression factor determined-- i have poker office but im not sure how the total aggression factor is determined as compared to the AR pre flop, flop, turn, + river

reef,

AF is calculated as (bet% + raise%)/call%

Sauce,

For a 21% VPIP you should probably have a 15-17% PFR. This won't make much difference at this level but may cost you money as you move up.

Try to get your AF up above 3. For flop/turn/river AF try aiming for 5/2/2.

Best of luck, you'll get used to bigger swings soon enough.
