Re: Eskimo Clark stops Razz tournament twice
Eskimo, shmeskimo. What about Katja Thater here just knocking out Men and another player on the same hand at the FT?
LOL at how pokernews has apparently stopped covering it, although I must say razzament most likely is < possible 12th bracelet.... |

Re: Eskimo Clark stops Razz tournament twice

[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] www.wickedchopspoker.com reports that Eskimo Clark, playing in the Razz tournament today, is having seizures again as Harrah's crack security guards, allegedly trained as EMTs, act ineptly to help. He's still in the tournament, but appears to have had another episode in the past few minutes, prompting the floor to start the dinner break early. [/ QUOTE ] If he can't play he can't play. They should force him to leave the table and get medical attention for him while the tournament continues. Don't think they stopped it for too long for JJ Liu on the WPT. If he, or anyone else, collapsed and had to be taken to the hospital they wouldn't just stop the tournament for them I wouldn't think. Their chips would be blinded off. Doesn't seem like stopping for the dinner-break early just for one player is very appropriate imo. Roughly the equivilent of Lebron twisting his ankle with 3 minutes left in 2nd quarter and the officials deciding, "Well, we need to do halftime early." [/ QUOTE ] There's a difference between having a heart attack and twisting your ankle. If officials in an NBA game thought that a players was in life-threatening danger, they would absolutely suspend the game, probably until the next day. [/ QUOTE ] LOL no they wouldn't. |

Re: Eskimo Clark stops Razz tournament twice
Their chip counts seem off, how is it she took out two players then became the short stack without losing a major hand? Does anyone know what is going on?

Re: Eskimo Clark stops Razz tournament twice
What the hell is going on in this final table? According to Pokernews, they have completed about 50 hands in 5 hours. Which is especially strange in shorthanded Razz, where most hands end on the first round of betting. |

[/ QUOTE ] In the 1990 WSOP, Stu Unger was in the chip lead heading into the final day of play, he ended up OD'ing the night before the final day and ended up in the hospital. They ended up blinding him off, but because he had so many chips at the time, he still technically ended up making the final table and finished in 9th place that year, even though he didn't even play the last day. |

Re: Eskimo Clark stops Razz tournament twice
Seriously, does anyone know WTF is going on? Obviously the chip counts are f*cked up again, it seems Katja must be in the lead now, but can't tell exactly with their screwed up reporting!
