unless the fish is limp/cc 3 bets you certainly aren't helping yourself by 3 betting. I think you should be calling a lot more hands here because of the fish (both speculative and strong).

If he is a good player, you beat AK only. If he is a bad player you have to call cause he can come up will all sorts of hands that were badly misplayed, ie, KK,ATs,..
