Given his likely hand range a river 4 should excite you almost as much as a river club. Which is to say not at all.

Fold preflop.

I don't want to get raised by UTG after we call this turn, and CO is already hand commited, so there's no point raising the turn to isolate him on the river and bluff him off the hand - with those stats he's calling the river 100% of the time, so we have almost zero fold equity.

Worse would be raising to isolate/bluff the river and have UTG 3-bet.

Fold pf. Fold the turn.
