Yup I agree that betting is way better than a check/raise all-in on this river for the afformentioned reasons.

Don't forget the possibility of a PP.

I like betting this kind of river. It is doubtful that villian will believe I have runner runner flush. Villian would raisse thinking that his set or whatever is good, or on a bluff.

you think he has the nuts or 2nd nuts? Wow, very weak tight.

You made your hand, there is absolutely no way you can fold this. I could see that you would go for a check-raise on the river or just lead for 1/3 pot or 1/2 pot and call a raise. Maybe fold if he shoves and he is really nitty.
