Translation: I earned mine and I'll distribute as much of it as I choose to the charitable institutions I deem worthy rather than letting the government waste most of it while helping almost no one.

Think about the poorest person you can imagine. If you're still thinking of a homeless person, check your IQ. If it's above 75, something is wrong.
