I would check against an agressive player like tilly. She will probably fire out regardless if she hit the A or not. If she check behind I lead river for about 2/3 of the pot.

yea i agree here, deebs made the same comment

if she is aggressive and she sees you lead a 10 high flop then show weakness on the ace she will most likely bet it

if she does bet it, do we plan to c/r or call and lead the river?

what does tilly do if we min c/r the turn?

tilly checks behind with jacks full of kings what makes you think she will bet a flush draw or top pair?

two hands I saw her play:

-she calls a raise with 99 OOP, then bets out every street into a pretty bad player on a Q high, drawless board and is sort of surprised when her hand isn't good on the river

-she calls a UTG raise with 54s from the BB shortstacked, bets out the JJx FD board, thinks for 5 minutes and shoves the rest of her stack in (for basically 1/5 pot more) after she gets raised, then runs off to sweat her boyfriend when she busts

there were way more of those but I've forgotten them all by now. the point is, she isn't weak/tight, she just plays spastic and sticks to her guns in the face of all evidence to the contrary. if she hit and bets this turn/you don't have a gigantic 'OMG' expression on your face, wild horses won't get her to check the river.

edit: don't get me wrong, if I only saw the JJ v. "KK" hand and that were my only read on her, I'd bet. I spent a few hours playing with her at the PCA, though.

fwiw, i think it's a bet and i dont' think it's close

if i led the flop, i would bet the turn ~96% of the time

maybe it is mostly my image, but damn, if it's a check for you, increase your two barrel frequency

Gotta bet. I really like 2500. I think it's about the right size, and I think it looks like you're trying to make the bet size scary. Obv the hope is to make her shove if she's on a draw or a strongish made hand and call/call a river shove with her marginal made hands.

I would bet. I see the point that the bet looks like you have a pair of aces beat. However, I don't like giving a free card here. There is a 2-flush and almost anything that Jennifer can have that is not a pair gives her a straight draw. I think you do not have a lock hand, and have some negative implied odds.
