Women seem to be the worst offenders in regards to the moving roadblock, and driving in the left lane while not passing. I get enraged at these drivers complete obliviousness.

I know it's wrong to stereotype, and I realize it might just be my perception... but it seems like when I see a driver do something dumb it usually seems to be a female driving.

However, I'm certain I see women chatting on cell phones way more than men.
