bump Orange.
In weak, nit-filled games I would absolutely raise ATo in ANY position. But my normal game does not play like that. (it is officially a 1/2NL game that plays anywhere from 3/6nl to 10/20nl. The more I talk with people about it, the more I hear about the weaker players tearing through 2/5nl and 5/10nl games in vegas.) With that said, I detest ATo with a passion unless I am button or blinds. my 2c edit: or drunk! |

i draw the line for myself at AJo i know some really good players who fold that i cant give you exact cause it all depends but just think about this you have to play pretty damn straight forward OOP but you can do anything IP so i'd say, a good place to start is to play less OOP [/ QUOTE ] This is great advice, for me at least. I usually raise ATo pf occasionally depending on my mood and how the players behind me have been playing. If they tend to call a lot in position, I'll fold this all the time. What do you prefer to do with ATs and any other lower suited aces UTG? |

I think river is a fold without any seeing more postflop aggression from villain. These guys can turn up with anything so it's close

I can think you can raise ATo here with an 80/20 in the BB, definitely not always but here I think its OK but it can act as an isolation against a retard.
