He's got a little more than a half pot bet left. I think I put him in here. An uber nit isn't checking AA or KK with a small stack on the river.

You can't check-call here, so it's either check, bet-call, bet-fold, or push. I know a lot of people say push, but since he wasn't willing to fire a second barrel on the turn, I don't think he'll call a push when beaten, even though it would only represent a little more than a half pot.

I'd be really surprised if you're behind, so I think a bet is clearly in order. I'd bet half his remaining stack, which allows him to make the call without busting (if he cares about that), but more makes it look like you're just trying to make a lame bluff and pick up the pot cheap, which he might look up with QQ or JJ (he might have that even with his stats since this is a blind battle). I don't think he'll call, but you've got to try. If he pushes, I don't see how you could fold, so I end up with bet-call on this river.
