I've eaten at BOA.

I'd rate it rather low on my Vegas list of steak restaurants. With all the other places in it's price range, I definitely wouldn't pick it.

i haven't had any other "kobe" steak, but the kobe at craftsteak was the best steak i've ever eaten in my life. it's gonna run you about $150/person, though.

Any one of the two dozen that we have regularly reviewed at 2+2 or get invited to Gavin Smith's place for barbeque.

There are about 100 steakhouses in Vegas. Betcha each can produce something very edible on a good day. I find it pretty hard to rank even the couple I've visited. What it'd do to my arteries to visit every one three times each to get a fair estimate to rank 'em wouldn't be pretty, but it would be oh so joyous to try.

I did get a kick out of a guy at the poker table a couple weeks ago when a couple folks started talking about steakhouses. He suggested Outback in Casino Royale and claimed he'd had the best steak of his life there the night prior. I thought the players were surprisingly polite--no outright guffaws, and the guy asking for suggestions very nicely said he didn't think that would be special-enough to please his wife.
