Re: Is it time to gradute to higher stakes?
I'm assuming they don't have a .1/.25 table on Bodog. Honestly, I don't think anyone will argue that the level of play is so bad at .05/.1 that all the data you might have gathered there would have been useless. Your opponents there rarely count outs or apply that info to decisions they make when calling or betting. The rake is too high and the bozos at .05/.1 make it a must to at least get on a .1/.25 table as soon as possible. If you bust out...its $50.00 reload. But as soon as you move up, it would be wise to start using a tracker to manage your data. It will help you spot soft tables, and makes it easier to adjust your game. Bottom line. Playing against a few bad players at a table is good, against 8 of em is downright aggrevating.

Re: Is it time to gradute to higher stakes?
Thanks alot for all the good advice. Now, can someone point me in the best direction to getting some type of rakeback on stars, and possibly a cheaper(er) way to get PT?
I have never found any rakeback offered for stars. DO they not do it because they are the number one site? Should I just go for their normal bonus? |
