My table selection process is pretty simple...
1) Look at the tables with the highest avg pot size
2) If players/flop >=40% then goto step 3
3) If short stacks <=2 players then sit

I find that on Stars most of the tables with a high flop% are full of nitty TAGs and regulars.

I look for tables with the highest pot avg. I wont sit at a table that is less then 15bb/pot avg. Prefer 25bb/pot. FTP being the dealt hand MGR config, instead of contributed. This will add up to a little more RB.

Seatingwise. I just try on sit where, the high% stealers wont be in the CO or Button when I am in blinds. I think this is more important the aggros on my left. I just have more options in the blinds with lp not constantly raising my blinds. The aggros dont bother me on bit. Few CR's take care of them.

I just look for a big avg. pot and high vpip.. If there are many regulars or short stacks sitting at the table I'll just wait for a better one.

Do any of you know how many hands stars use to calculate those numbers?
