Re: I don\'t even know if I should bother posting this one...
why do you almost never have a straight here? i have a straight here a lot. look at how many hands you think he value bets here. and he can bluff. why would you ever play a straight differently?

Re: I don\'t even know if I should bother posting this one...
PF: Fine, I like a re-raise here many times though.
You can either C/C ATW or C/R the flop and bet turn hard. I dont like a C/R on the turn since he wont fold a str8 and you dont give him a chance to bluff @ the rivah. As played I'd call, expecting to win! |

Re: I don\'t even know if I should bother posting this one...
i don't see what he expects you to ck/ca 2 potsized bets with and then fold on the river on this board, and i think it's a stretch to say he's valuebetting less
hes also a good player (presumably) and knows you err on the side of big calls instead of big folds, so it seems like the gap between what you call the turn with and what you fold the river with is smaaallll... T9/89/maybe A8? seems like you have a tricky 2p/set/straight more often than that just some thoughts, i'm probably wrong since i'm disagreeing with a lot of people i respect, but on the surface it looks like a fold to me |

[/ QUOTE ] I actually do have a straight here usually, but I think the "standard" is that people play it faster. |

whats your plan for a 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] on the river? [/ QUOTE ] I fold much more on a 2 off river because I think he can be betting tons of two pair for value, and now I beat all two pair. |
