How do you ban your own chat?

I've already had it suspended for a month. Didn't help. I was doing pretty well this week until that incident-- I just got frustrated that I was patient enough to wait for a good spot and got a [censored] result. Second time in two days I've flamed out of the Stars nightly deep in as a big favorite.

i dont berate the fish ever, but i do call basically everyone at the table a clown when given the opportunity. i kinda stole it from actionjeff/the gifafi crew but i like it. calling people clowns makes me happy. im not stopping.

I never berate in a tournament or 6m cash game, tho i do occasionally poke fun at ppl HU, especially if i think it will tilt them.

just have an IM box open. It can even be to yourself, and just type all the crap to it. Personally, I do it to a friend that i'm sure is so so sick of it, but it helps so much and you maintain calmness and what have you.

also, if it wasnt completely clear, i dont berate fish. once in a blue moon i'll berate another pro when they try to spew chips to me and get there (im looking at you shaun). the clown thing is just funny, i'll say stuff like "nice deck clown" and other stuff that is funny to me and probably jibberish to the rest of the table. also sometimes i just say random things in chat like "stellaaaaaa" just for my own amusement.

anyway im not sure where im going with this but your response seemed overly harsh so im just trying to say, relax.
