Here's a tip for everyone seeking legal advice on 2+2: lawyers cost more money than a 2+2 law student, but if they screw up, you can sue them for malpractice.

UPDATE:
so this lawyer tells us we can just call the local police and have them evict the "tenants" but we find out later that you have to file some eviction papers/ give them 20 days notice or something THEN the Sheriff will evict them. I can't believe that lawyer didn't know the eviction polices, wow.

anyways we will be speaking to our PROPER lawyer on monday so I hope all goes well. lesson learned:
