when the treadmill is turned on the plane will go backwards, not forwards, therefore it wont smash into the sides of the treadmill.

LOL the real reason the plane wont take off is cause its facing the wrong direction, sooo stupid.

if the plane had engines and was able to keep up with the treadmill, then at a certain speed, it would eventually fly into the elephant in front of it. Either way, it doesn't take off.

when a plane takes off, its because its moving forward so the ground below it is essentially moving backwards while it is still. As the speed the ground 'moves' backwards increases the plane will start to take off. If it faced the other way the ground would be moving in the same direction as it. Now you have the dumbest post evar. Good work einstein.
