Cheating in competition: your stories

played a match saturday vs. a guy who was a 9 hdcp last year b4 a long illness kept him away for awhile. in the two months that he's been back his hdcp has gone up to a 13(same as mine). even tho' the trny rules states he has to use the lowest index from the last 3 mos. he was allowed to play to a 13 instead of a 9. of course i played great and lost 1up. i def. feel cheated.
