Oh you know, times change...
Young people now are more apathetic about their alma mater than some years ago. And I'm not saying that's a bad thing. It just is what it is. I think it probably has to do with growth and where you're from. If you're from a smaller town or a city that has only one high school, it's different than those who come from larger urban centers. In the end, I don't think there is anything wrong with being proud of where you are from or where you have been. How is wearing your class ring any different than wearing a Yankees cap or a Patriots jersey? |

I think it also has a little to do with the fact that, back then HS graduation was kind of a big deal, now if you dont graduate its really weird.

I thought it was lame back then ('98). I still think so today. Guys wear rings for marriage or for winning something sports related. I think that's it.
