Wow,

I would have thought this was BR suicide when I read the OP up until I saw the PS math.

I don't completely agree with the PS range you used however, I think you are missing some hands that will be in there. For instance AQ will not necessarily rr you 100% of the time the same as 22 won't call you post flop 100% of the time.

I think if you add up all these little bits it will come out to a -EV move.

However I'm also not above saying that this move might be sucessful only at the 100nl level because players tend to over play their pairs and look up people relatively light.
