If you knew ANYTHING about hilo strategy youd know that 9s are bad and that you should have folded preflop. remember, all 4 of your cards should be working together as a team!

Im not really sure why your full house didnt win, but I suspect that the problem was that you made TWO full houses on the flop, and that created a "buffer overflow" in the "full house buffer", so your number of full houses was reset to zero. Email support again, if you include details like this that show you understand the technical side of things, you come from a much stronger position.

flopping quad aces is very likely in this situation, because noone else was in the and - thus obviously not having aces. Hero and villan dont have one. So in this case our equity is well over 50% and it is +EV to call.
