He will probably kill you right before he kills himself. Atleast I would. Good luck.

The reason I think this is because I met my bf through an ex-bf and it was really scandalous and friendship-ending that we got together. However, this is the best thing that has ever happened to me. Life is short - you have to make yourself happy.

How does he get such a hot GF in the first place if he's so hot?

He let you go on essentially a 'date' with her in exchange for staking him in the tournament?

Conclusion: People are weird.

So you call your friend a total loser, but then you act like a loser of a friend yourself by considering contributing to his reasons for being depressed and suicidal and such. A good friend would be there for his friend if he needed him, not trying to score with his woman.

If he's on welfare and that depressed the gf is going to dump him soon anyway. So let her dump him, make sure your friend doesn't kill himself and help him put his life back together, THEN go nail his soon to be ex-gf.

Any guy who would let another guy take his girlfriend with him on what was essentially a date in exchange for money to gamble with is, as you aptly put it, a loser. Which calls into question what you are if you consider him a friend of yours. But that's another conversation.

To answer your question, yes, you should take the girl. He obviously cares more about gambling money than about her, so you might as well relieve him of the responsibility.
