My latest email to support:

I've been waiting 4 days for some human to approve my epassport deposit....4 days!

Epassport should be instant..........where is my money!?!

Someone needs to look at my account and press the friggin "APPROVE" button. This is ridiculous.

I've contacted every e-mail address given to me and got ZERO response other than wait some more time.

There is no mystery here, my deposit for whatever reason needs to be manually approved.....that's it, PLEASE PUSH THE BUTTON!

and my latest response to their email:

Why another 24 hours?

It needs to be MANUALLY approved.

I've had a thread at the 2+2 forums going since Friday about this issue:

http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showfl...e=0&fpart=1

Please feel free to enter into the thread and explain to everyone else for the long delay of an "instant" type deposit.

and finally a little help:

SUBJECT: 4 days now and still no money

Dear xxxxxx,

Thank you for contacting us.

Please cancel your deposit and try again. When you submit the deposit and click
the submit button, there will be a pop-up to confirm your epassporte username and
password. If you did not complete this process properly, your transaction will
not go through to our site.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions.

Sincerely,

CS Rodrick

I canceled it and now I wait to see how long it takes for the funds to be returned to my epassport account.

Things have now taken a turn for the worse

After canceling the "pending" transaction on my poker.com as requested, I now ask when they will put the funds back into my epassport account.

They unbelievably respond by saying that when I originally made my deposit, I put in the wrong username or password to epassport and because of that, they don't have access to the funds.

wrong!

Her's my reciept from epassport:

Subject: Your Receipt for Payment - Purchase Pending

Dear XXXXXX,

This email is to confirm your purchase of Poker.com Deposit for the amount of $35.00 using epassporte.
The charges will appear on your statement as Kreole Enterprises.

Please note that this charge is pending. The sale is not final until the merchant approves the purchase. Once the merchant verified the purchase, you will receive an email confirming the completion of the sale. If the merchant rejects the purchase, your funds will be returned to you immediately. All unverified purchases will be rejected if not verified within 2 weeks.

Payment Details
Buyer: Coy_Roy
Amount: $35.00
Currency: U.S. Dollars
Transaction ID: 44xxxx05
Product: Poker.com Deposit

Business Details
Seller: Kreole Enterprises
Email: support@epassporte.com

If you have any questions about this transaction or need any further assistance, feel free to contact us via email at support@epassporte.com, or visit us online at https://www.epassporte.com.

Thank you,
The epassporte Team

SECURITY NOTE:
When you log into your epassporte account, be sure that the website's URL always begins with "https://www.epassporte.com/". The "s" in "https" at the beginning means you are logging into a secure page. If the URL does not begin with https, you are not on an epassporte page. If that occurs, please inform epassporte immediately and provide us with the website and URL information.

It's clear that the poker.com support is simply too incompetent to handle this. This has turned into a nightmare. It's also incredible for such a tiny amount that they wouldn't just credit my account in good faith after all the delay as I'm sure Pokerstars would.

You need to step back for a moment, take a deep breath, and then relax.

Tomorrow, with a clear mind, clear it all up.

Poker.com is not trying to piss you off. You fell into a crack and you just need to crawl back out of it. You can do it.

Good luck.

The problem is, they're the one's who need to clear it up. I've waited 4 days for them to ultimately tell me a lie.

It's all very straight forward on my end.
