I have rethought about your dream and decided that "your sister" may not even have anything to do with your actual sister, it may be another part of you. In fact, I think this dream has to do with an internal conflict between yourself (not in the driver's seat), your feminine side (your sister), and your aggressive violent side (the guy on the hood).
