Umm, if you pick up the blinds a 100 times that is 75 PTBB/100 (100 big blinds + 100 small blinds = 150 big blinds = 75 PTBB).
PT is showing the winrate PER HAND, not per 100.

Edit: and yes, image matters at micros -- a lot of the fish do notice you're playing nitty. Especially the ones that think poker is all about bluffingand slowplaying and such.
