Re: It was called \"spew\" and \"unprofitable\"
If I flat call the checkraise Im potting/pushing the turn 100% of the time. That's what I'd do with a set anyway.

I love how all Fgators posts involve him calling a raise out of position with something suited. [/ QUOTE ] Not really true but I do have suited-connectoritis out of position. I need to tone it down. Im not sure how bad preflop is here. |

Re: It was called \"spew\" and \"unprofitable\"
Lol fwiw I like the c/r because I think we get flat called a lot if we lead unless villan is v. Aggressive. I'd Cr bigger so that villan knows we are playing for stacks if he continues. I'd make it 84. Edit: preflop is ok but I'd probably want at least 4 way action to call here

Re: It was called \"spew\" and \"unprofitable\"
[ QUOTE ]
besides folding preflop, b/3b is your best line we don't want to be putting in the last bet....we want villain to be calling OUR all-in (thus FE) [/ QUOTE ] True, but you also need to consider the likelihood of being able to b/3b. Our main goal is to get some extra money in the pot and then put in a raise that has some folding equity. In a three way pot I think leading is going to result in some combinations of calls and folds from our two opponents and not a lot or raises. If we check I think somebody will bet quite often allowing you to trap that money in the pot. The flop getting checked through isn't bad either. |
