[/ QUOTE ] I don't know where you've been staying in Canada, but this is far from true. Maybe 10+ years ago, but certainly not now.

[/ QUOTE ] Niagara Falls , I stay there at least once a month either Hilton, Marriot or Falls view Casino all 3 still do it

I distinctly remember using a cup with water in it as an ashtray at the Hilton.
