Don't have ESPN classic, so I was looking at Youtube for some AG action.

Found this amusing clip -- a powerball match from 1989, where a contestant and gladiator get into a fight. Good stuff starts about 1:05 in.

wow that clip was so awesome. i couldn't help but think about how it seemed like a christopher guest film, w/ fred willard doing the commentary. show was surreal.

i have a degen uncle who lost his house and all of his savings gambling on american gladiators.

someone, somehow, needs to get this show back on the air.

Given its popularity, I'm suprised no one has started it again. I think it would work well on Vs or something.
