I just watched the world of warcraft episode of south park (up there with the scientology episode as one of my favororites) Right before the show I was thinking what kind of person would waste their time voting on American idol just to annoy some house wives and teenage girls? This episode was spot on in giving that answer. You could replace world of warcraft with American idol and not notice.

Stan Cartman and kyle are huge blake fans.
They don’t understand who would vote for Sanjaya so they get everyone to vote harder for blake.
They go on a mission to vote for blake, get carpal tunnel and take dumps in a can next to the phone.

That was pretty much the World of Warcraft episode, loved the part where he killed someone then started jumping up and down, never played WoW but when I played counter strike, team killers would always jump up and down after a kill.

No offence to the people here voting for sanjaya. Im sure most of you are doing it cause you have some last longer bet on him.

This doesn't stop me from voting for Sanjaya. I also have no idea how this WoW analogy makes any sense - Sanjaya has a ton of fans and people who want to see him go far (for a variety of reasons heh).

From a pure fan perspective (nothing to do with betting): I'm voting for Sanjaya because he's not a terrible singer and easily the most entertaining performer on the show.

If there were some equivalent to Elliot Yamin on the guy's side this year, yeah, I wouldn't vote for Sanjaya. I just don't really like any of the contestants so my vote goes for the hilarious gay Indian dude with the hot sister. To me this makes perfect sense.
