I can only half-sleep for so long. If I had been able to conk out, I would've loved to have slept longer. You know how it is. You lay there and you can still hear the casino in your head, and you look at the clock and see it's 4:57, and you wonder if someone has 68.

There's also lots of noise in Vegas hotels at 8 am. Either housekeeping, or loud drunk people in the hall, or construction, or something. I never sleep past 9 in Vegas unless I'm blitzed or Busto . [/ QUOTE ] There is lots of activity at that time. The all-nighter drunks are stumbling home and the older, slot pulling crowd is up and about. Plus anyone who has to check out and is just too exhausted to quietly roll their luggage down the hall w/out the roller bag flipping at least twice and hitting the wall. Usually things quiet down after 10-11, if you can work through it. I can't.
