I would also put obscene bounties on various medicine cure/vaccine goals.
Change the tax code so there are basically 3 tax brackets at the various levels: 0-10K: -20% 10K-40K: 0 % 40K-300K: 15% 300K+: 45% And eliminate ALL deductions. Possibly I would get rid all federal income tax and just tax property.

[/ QUOTE ] then you better outlaw giving gifts because anyone with half a brain could dodge that tax currently. actually there is no way to enforce that law short of outlawing private property. changes i would make: remove any and all trade barriers, even to countries who put tariffs on our goods. make the entire federal tax code less than 5,000 words or so. give citizens all rights at age 18 (even the ability to be president). legalize prostitution... basically remove most sex legislation. privatize money production. deregulate banking. deregulate health care. eliminate medicare, medicaid, and social security. some of these will have to be phased in, the last four being the most likely.

End War on Drugs
Cut Taxes on People making under 50k a year or so to zero. Increase taxes on the rich. Raise Inheritence tax signifigantly, but not to 100% Also set the bar at 5 million or so. Drinking Legal at 18. Decriminalize Non Victim crimes. Im sure theres more but heres a good start.

Everytime i see that fat billionaire kid on TV(the one who hangs out with Paris) i just get sick to my stomach. I actually like to throw out that comment to Republican friends of mine just to get them in tears.
