Your opponent has to be very predicatable or you have to know that the turn is gonna be a 5.

Well, a raise is pretty much a bluff since you can't expect to get to showdown for free after raising and 55 is almost the worst hand to bluffraise with on this board. You have 2 outs, maybe 1.

There are just so many better hands to raise with.
