Either "Blackboard Jungle" because it was the first and the rest are just copying it, or "School of Rock" because Jack Black and the kids made it so much fun (and a nice performance by Sarah Silverman).

"Dead Poets Society" is probably the worst. Every cliche in the book. Robin Williams over acting. And just plain boring.

Mine only barely qualified, but yours, sir, does not.

Rank these "teacher" movies then explain why you rank them that way.

Dangerous Minds starring Michelle Pfeiffer

Stand and Deliver starring Edward James Olmos

Take the Lead starring Antonio Banderas

Lean on Me starring Morgan Freeman

Dead Poets Society starring Robbin Williams

Mr. Holland's Opus starring Richard Dreyfuss

[/ QUOTE ]

Amazing only 2 people who replied to this post actually read and comrehended the OP.

1. Stand and Deliver
2. Lean on Me
3. Dangerous Minds

4. Never seen the other movies.

Conrack starring Jon Voight is a pretty good teacher movie.

I've only seen one of the movies in the OP's list so I can't rank them.
