Actually, it is. Threads like this get locked immediately once they are discovered. If you have something against tipping when you win a hand thats fine, but keep it to yourself in the future - nobody wants to hear about it because not tipping is bad for the game. In the future I recommend you don't bring up this topic again, I also recommend you read the B&M FAQ.
