Ahah! I knew there was a catch. They're also raising the initial blind level from 25/50 to 50/100. So they double the starting chips and double the starting blind. It's a little better since that skips one level of doubling blinds--the later blind levels never double--but it's not twice as good.

That is just for the main event. The smaller events still start at 25-50 blind level. Go the tho WSOP website on the schedule you can click on the evet and it will show you the blind structure, starting chips and number of player form last year.
