So the river obviously isn't a scare card. From what I can tell when you donk the river you're doing it because you think he was free showdown raising you on the turn and will now make the good fold. I like this play much more against younger guys with ipods. The problem with the opponent you chose is that guys like that don't use the free showdown raise a lot in my experience.

The other problem is that Doug has a crazy image. He is young, crazy hair, he throws his chips into the pot, he bets a lot, etc.
He should be using his image for value on the river instead of marginal bluffing.
