hmmm, prolly Coruscant. a close second would be Tatoonie. Coruscant is at the center of the galaxy, and is the most populated planet. I would imagine there are tons of cool things to do there. Tatooine is very peaceful, and the desert climate is very interesting to me. However, I am not sure that a planet with only 200,000 beings would be stimulating enough over an extended period.
