If I recall, they went so far as to make ME retreive the tournament # from my poketracker and tell them the date and time. I know they never made their own effort to pay people back either because a friend of mine was playing a tournament at the same time and he never got refunded since he was too lazy to bother with emails. Though I must say, that doesn't seem like the kind of thing Stars or Full Tilt would do. UB has some of the worst support people in the industry.
