OK oh wise one how would you have played them?
Do you just fold and run away whenever you face resistence or a scary flop. If so you will be eaten alive in these loose games I play in.

[/ QUOTE ]

Why did you not 3 bet the flop in hand 1?

Why do you check the brick turn in hand 2?

Sounds like you're the passive one.

- bad players say cappuchino too much
- bad players say "i wanna see that hand" way too much
- bad players say "dueces never loses" way too much

1) Because the super LAG wouldn't have folded almost regardless of what he had.
2) Because I was almost 100% sure I was beat with semi-coordinated board and possible straight out there facing 4 players.

You obviously know nothing about these players or game conditions to be so critical but suffice it to say you would have lost money in both examples playing as you have suggested.

when playing live it annoys me that they always want to see the river card after they've folded the turn. i hate that, especially in NL. of course the local casino doesn't allow that anymore so that's goot.

edit to say, they allow the no limit. just not the peeking.

for every time you lose to some idiots K8o, you give free cards to AJo, guthsots, K9, etc etc, plus if you bet you have pot odds to call a turn raise considering you have seveeral hidden outs. nice results oriented thinking there. and yes i would have lost more than you did on these hands, and done so correctly.

i know nothing, thats why ive been crushing these games for 2 yrs LOL

FWIW, I don't think Porkchop played these hands badly at all. These two hands are the essence of playing live out here. Really. If you had reversed the hands, you would have lost money, too. A bet saved spends just the same as one earned.

Chino you kind of sound like a LAG.
You would fit right in at my home casino, Canterbury Park MN. Come on up.
I wouldn't mind watching you rebuy a few times as you and the other LAG's cap each other with top pair little kicker on a AKQ heart board.
