how many hours do you sleep a day?

10-12 pretty much every day unless I set and alarm which is rare. I have this problem where I half wake up, but Im sitll in sleep mode. For some reason I get the same feeling as when Im really tired and going to sleep at night, so it feels increadibly good to just go back to sleep. I really want to fix this. Dont get me wrong, like I said it feels great at the time, but then I am awake an ormal amount of time, 14-16 hours. So I never am on a schedule, just constantly tumbling through the calendar.

yah Ive thought about gettin a doc to give me some pills to pop, but I hear those things either make your whacky or want to cut, So Ill just try and get on a better sleep scheduel and purge myself of emo thoughts.

5-6 is my average. One of the benefits of getting older is that your body requires less sleep.

Brag: When I was in Vegas last year I slept 3 hrs every 24 and never had a problem.

Variance: I'll be dead 20 years before most of you.
