I'm interested. Trying to join as many of these as I can so as to cut back on my normal March action. My suggestion is to run it through yahoo and have an established poster hold the funds in Paypal (ironic, I know)

I also know of a very solid post up contest that is being run at another forum. I won't go into details out of respect for 2+2 rules, but PM me if you want some details. It's completely legit.

Yeah, I pretty much hate the 1, 3, 7, 18, 25, 97 type formats.

Why not just have a bunch of people only pick who the final 2 will be and have the score as the tie-break if you are going to do that?
Picking first round games and upsets becomes much less meaningful.

I like the $10-multiple entries, and $25+ only one entry idea.

I'm in, PM me if/when this gets organized.

Kind of suprised there's not 50 threads about this already.

Is there really that big of a difference between $10 and $25?

yahoo format is awful for tourney pools IMO because I think that type of a scoring system is awful. Tournamentpools.com is the way to go eventho it is not free.

yeah, I would prefer to have a non-sucky scoring system.

I'm not going to nit-pick over each little aspect of the scoring system because I really don't know what is ideal.
Just something that doesn't suck TOO horribly would be nice.

PM me password or location or details or whatever please.

Agreed, Homer, I like the points per seed idea as the only 'skill' way to pick ahead of time since we can't know the ATS in advance. In for whatevs amt.

I'm in whenever this one gets going and support the seed/point system over anything else
