I knew someone would say that lol. It's actually opened under my brother's name and he's over 21 but doesn't play. He knew I liked playing and gave me the buy-in in when I got a decent report card.

I doubt that were cheating. Good job overreacting when you could have cleaned them both out.

I go to 0.01/0.02 all the time with friends and just push everyhand/put in 400 raises preflop. Eventually someone gets a ~$100 stack. It's good fun, but not colluding.

If the funds werent used to cheat you, they belong to the player and they are given them back.
