I'm finishing up the Velocity Diet tomorrow and I take these every day. I guess they work; I lost 16lbs in 3 weeks.

I have now stopped sweating profusely. Side note: If anyone would like to trade supps. I'm up for it.

Yes.

Are your PMs broken, or are you trying to derail my thread about how much I've been sweating all day?

Almost all thermogenics have a good bit of caffeine. I'd rec just picking up some Fahrenheit at GNC (women's version) and trying it out for tolerance if you're really worried and want to try this stuff. I'm not up to date on which supps have caffeine and AE7 and in what ratios.

Thremp,

Thanks for the update.

Are you keeping track of your pulse or blood pressure? Also, are you on any prescriptions that hot rox might interfere with?

1) No. My blood pressure is normal last time I checked at Wal-Mart. Theres a very long thread on T-nation that addresses this and other concerns.
2) No.

I neglected to realize how sweaty it makes me feel, as I don't really like this at all (and its not really vastly important to my goals, since I'll swap it out for other supps which are included in ingredients and add a little more running and just feel hungry sometimes.)

Does Hot-Rox Extreme really cut appetite as well as ECA? I took HRX once and didn't think it helped at all... of course that was on a leg day and I always feel hungry then...
