The new Clipse album is awesome. My favorite tracks are "Momma I'm Sorry" and "Wamp Wamp (What It Do)" but really there aren't any bad ones.

you could try some African hip hop. Wale Oyejide - Africa Hot! is good [censored], although it's as much R&B as it is Hip Hop, the African Drums are great. Africahot! and Falling are the standout songs if you just want a few individual things.

I guess it goes without saying this is only if you're adventerous, but it's really good.
