At night, stay in the casino. The boardwalk is usually fine, but I'd walk with a friend, just to make sure.

[/ QUOTE ] I guess people should not walk places that aren't familiar, but there's nothing wrong with walking on the Boardwalk past the Trop. I walk from the Hilton all the way to Ventnor all the time. Also, during the day there's nothing scary about the walk from Ballys to the bus terminal.
