Close between bacon and prosciutto imo. What do pork rinds actually taste like? Do you have to be a NASCAR fan and own slaves to enjoy them?

No contest for me, it's bacon. It has to be, since I wrap anything with bacon and it's 10x better. Hot dogs, scallops, filets, shrimp, toast, waffles, ice cream, fried chicken, etc.

I've had hotdogs, scallops, filets, and shrimp wrapped in bacon. Waffles and icecream, I've never tried.

I never thought to wrap fried chicken in bacon. That sounds like it could be delicious in that artery blocking knida way.

I was just watching Food Network and saw a bacon-wrapped roast chicken (that dude Tyler). Looks awesome.

Bacon is my number 1.

Pork fat is my number 2. Use it to cook your eggs, veggies, etc. It's the best fat there is. Too bad the pork industry had to go all lean on us.
