This flop is such an easy check. Betting here makes gives him license to bluff us out of the pot by check raising and leading the turn.

Check flop and bet the turn is nearly always the best line.

Push turn. He doesn't have a king. I'm willing to go broke against 55 I think.

OK, so far so good.

Flop: K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($50, 2 players)
MP1 checks, <font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $30</font>, <font color="#cc0000">MP1 raises to $75</font>, Hero calls (I think this is correct).

Turn: 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($200, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">MP1 bets $140</font>

[/ QUOTE ]

He is 24/19, he isn't overlimping KQ/KJ/KT in the first place. And if he did, he isn't calling a raise OOP.

I missed the read on the opponent when I read OP. Also, I'd really like to know how many hands he has on this guy for those stats. Given the history I am more likely to call here, but people are almost always showing up with a K or 55 here.

OP, who's Villain?
