Re: I have missed my 11 am 9 consecutive times, what\'s my play?
I am surprised at the replies, I just have trouble motivating myself to get to a class when I don't HAVE to be there.
I often wake up, turn my alarm off and go back to bed. I guess I should just man up then. |

There have been classes in which attendance has not been mandatory that I never went to because they were useless. I was better off playing video games than going there. If that's the case, then enjoy your sleep. |

I just wanted to hear people's optimal lengths of sleep, time to go to sleep, etc. |

i feel you. my inability to wake up for early courses (granted earlier then 11) caused me to fail 1 class as well as get arrested

Re: I have missed my 11 am 9 consecutive times, what\'s my play?
i use my cell phone as an alarm...set 3 different alarms to go off at 5 minute intervals...i also have a clock across the room that i look at when i wake up to tell the time, i set it 15 minutes fast so i think im in more of a hurry than i actually am, havent been late to work since ...

this is pathetic, you obviously don't feel bad if you have now missed 9 in a row.

Re: I have missed my 11 am 9 consecutive times, what\'s my play?
i have had this problem many times and have posted questions on how to fix it... i tried taking sleeping pills and some other stuff to no sucess... However how i ended up fixing is for a combo of about 3 days... i would go to bed at my normal time say like 5am. Then i would wake up at the time i wanted to wake up say 10am... then i wouldn't take a nap and at the end of the day say around 6pm i would do exercise as hard as i can for like an hour... i mean like totally wear yourself out... then after like 3 days you will be so tired at 10pm-12pm u will auto be tired and then u will wake up at around 9am-11am. hope it works out for ya.
